<p>I just finished reading a book on leadership... well, I skimmed it... and it said that the best way to leadership was by example --- ok it wasn't a book it was a tweet ... and I still didn't read the whole thing --- So, I've decided to lead you all by just doing a bunch of crap & hope you follow along & help fill in all my blanks.
