There are three definitions of Reformed Villains, and be careful not to confuse the subtle differences in the two because Villains will try to take advantage of this to trick you.

  1. Villains of the Reformation Period, which although fancy and more forward-thinking than others, still engage in vile debauchery and violent hegemonic paradigms
  2. Villains who have been exploded by a hero awesome or otherwise broken into bits, who has since used magic, science, surgery, or healing powers to re-form into their original form, or similar abomination
  3. Villains who have been reformed in their attitudes concerning ethics and acceptable social boundaries.

Be advised that the first two are still capable of stabbing you viciously, an the third may be faking.
