Wordburglar "Rap Viper" (Welcome To Cobra Island)

Not much is known of the background of the man many call the Cobra Commander. What we can only tell is how he works and how he thinks. We know that he has deliberately started political and social conflict in a number of areas. He has amassed an army by recruiting displaced people, promising them money, power and a chance to get back at the world that hurt them. In return, he demands that they swear absolute loyalty to his cause. What is his cause? World domination.

Cobra Commander does not delude himself by justifying his actions as matters of principles or glory. He knows he does it for control and power. He is ruthless, hatred-personified and totally obsessed. A meticulous person, he likes to personally oversee vital projects himself, even engaging in military combat himself on occasion.

His plans, and those of the organization, include annoying his enemies with television broadcasts and blowing things up. This is the definition of terrorism, according to DHS.

Cobra rigs elections of local elections, and sends his thugs after opposing candidates in small towns, or just make it look that way in a reverse false flag psyop. Even after blowing up several buildings, the plan often still backfires, and the Mayoral elections of anywhere, USA go off without a hitch.

Cobra often thinks that if he can destroy all of any one item on the planet, it will somehow equal a victory for Cobra and thus lead to world domination (?!). They have tried (and failed) to eliminate all fast food, currency, vegetables, and ozone. And while truly destroying all of (some) of those items would have devastating effects on the planet and its populace, it's not certain how at all that would translate into a victory. Depleting all the ozone (which humans are doing anyway) would kill every living thing, and leave nothing for Cobra to dominate. Destroying all currency would actually result in going back to the barter system, or perhaps even evolve into a gift system of generosity where no one has to struggle for basic necessities or suffer in miserable poverty. Luckily, we'll never have to find out, because Cobra's horrible and poorly-thought out plans always fail.
